Meet the Modra Team Norm and Jenny Modra had a change of lifestyle in 1984, moving from farming life in central Eyre Peninsula to a new business venture at Tumby Bay. With their young family of three children under 10, it was a fantastic decision to move to Tumby Bay and raise their children in the safe and friendly community. Along with Norm’s garden master plan, and major apartment renovations, formally known as Tumby Bayside Holiday Units, the business has seen many changes and developments over the past 26 years. Damian and Kristy Modra returned to Tumby Bay in May 2010 to continue the family tradition and raise their family in Tumby Bay. Kristy and Damian are proud parents of the newest member to the Modra Team, with the birth of their first child Skyla Reed born on 29th Nov 2010. Resident cats Nero and Minnie are always happy to say hello and help with cleaning the fish.
